Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a hospitality team member. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our accommodation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
  • Assisting the Publican in identifying areas that require repair and maintenance throughout the accommodation.
  • Working with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences by responding to special requests and making every room feel like home away from home.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
  • You possess a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering high-quality work, whether working independently or as part of a team.
  • Flexible availability is essential, including days, evenings and weekends.
