Reservations Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Reservations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and bookings with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on our products, services, and promotions.
  • Manage bookings accurately from various sources.
  • Process payments and complete end-of-day reconciliations correctly.
  • Coordinate bookings with third-party providers precisely.
  • Adhere to our Reservations Policies and Procedures.
  • Collect and provide catering information.
  • Deliver exceptional service in the Retail Store and upsell merchandise.
  • Prepare paperwork and manifests for the next day's operations.
  • Respond to guest feedback professionally.

You are an enthusiastic individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales, eager to create memorable experiences for customers.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills.
  • Comfortable with technology and communication devices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • A team player with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Minimum 1 year's Customer Service / Sales experience.
  • Certificate II in Tourism or Business Admin (desirable).
  • Driver's License (desirable).
  • Familiarity with CustomLinc or similar reservation platforms (desirable).
