Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.

  • In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, proficiency in payroll software and data analysis tools.
