We are currently seeking skilled Rail Labourers to join our team in the Hunter Valley region. As a Senior Rail Track Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of rail infrastructure, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods and people.

About the Role:

  • Perform track maintenance and repair tasks, including removing and replacing worn and damaged rails, sleepers, and switches.
  • Operate machinery and mobile plant, such as excavators and rollers, under controlled conditions.
  • Utilize powered hand tools and equipment to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Clean up sites, clearing debris and performing manual handling tasks.
  • Demonstrate ability to maintain high standards in both safety and quality.

About You:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Proven experience working in the rail construction industry, with a strong understanding of rail-specific duties.
  • Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) and Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card.
  • Valid Drivers Licence Class 'C' or 'HR', with the ability to pass a CAT3 medical assessment.
  • Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect:
