  3. Transaction Processing: You will have a deep understanding of ATM and POS transaction processing.
  4. Requirements Analysis: You will have excellent proficiency in analysing requirements and translating them into technical design.
  5. Communication Skills: You will have strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

Other Essential Skills:

  1. Business Requirements: You will effectively communicate with stakeholders in understanding business requirements and translate those into technical design documents.
  2. Change Management: You will involve in a change project from requirements gathering, design, build, and implementation.
  3. Collaboration: You will collaborate with other technical teams that interface with the switching platform during development and testing.
  4. International Scheme Requirements: You will assess and understand local and international scheme requirements to derive implementation solutions for the bank.
  5. Code Analysis: You will understand existing codes and configurations to assist in analysis and troubleshooting issues.
  6. Independent Development: You will independently develop changes based on defined requirements.
  7. Testing: You will assist the enterprise test team in establishing testing scope and execution of test cases.
