Responsibilities- Provide administration support to our Insurance Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needs.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs.
- Participate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsements.
- Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
- Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking duties.
- Manage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client Managers.
- Enhance the client experience through outstanding customer service.

About YouThis position requires a driven and experienced self-starter with strong administration and customer service skills. Additionally, you will have the following:
- Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts.
- Client service, Underwriting, Claims or Insurance Broking experience.
- Experience across general insurance products.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain this.
- Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive, organised and ability to meet deadlines.
- Work collaboratively within a team and autonomously.
- Excellent attention to detail.
