
Priority Accounts Development Manager

We're looking for a professional to join our team as a Priority Accounts Specialist. This role involves coordinating with branches, distribution centers, business development, and local support teams to identify and prioritize potential business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills and be able to convert potential business opportunities into actual sales. They will also have an understanding of market pricing and internal pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Action hires referred or allocated as priority accounts by branches, distribution centers, business development, and local support branch.
- Build long-term relationships with customers by educating them on products and services, recommending solutions, and resolving issues.
- Recommend, source, and quote solutions for customers.
- Create, update, and finalize hire quotes and schedules.
- Respond to customer enquiries and quoted hire opportunities in a timely manner.
- Proactively follow-up quoted hire opportunities to optimize success.
- Support the branch network, priority accounts, and BD teams to respond effectively to hire enquiries.
- Establish and enhance customer relationships through superior service.
- Manage logistics and transport providers and coordinate rehires.
Requirements:
- Strong stakeholder management to coordinate outcomes for the customer.
- Proven ability to convert potential business opportunities and expand customer value.
- Understanding of markets served and matching customer needs with the right solution.
- Excellent customer relationship skills, building, growing, and maintaining.
- Ability to problem-solve with excellent customer negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail.
