As a pivotal member of our fleet support team, you will be responsible for strategically nurturing and expanding our corporate accounts.

About the Role:

  • You will oversee a portfolio of key corporate accounts to deliver exceptional service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute a national account engagement strategy to foster regular client interactions and drive business growth.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships and develop new revenue streams.
  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries and service requests.
  • Metrically monitor and report on service performance against agreed KPIs, implementing improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document activities, track interactions, and identify trends or service gaps.
  • Support the Sales team in tender and proposal development as it relates to fleet services.
  • Provide expert guidance and support for clients' material handling equipment needs.

About You:

  • You possess proven experience in account management, customer service, or fleet services. Material Handling expertise is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
