  • A strong portfolio showcasing your experience in IRL video editing is essential.
  • You should be knowledgeable about YouTube and gaming, as well as proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Monday and Discord is also required.
