Your Mission is to
  • Video editing of approx. 2 videos a month
  • Ensure high-quality long-form IRL edits and adherence to the guidelines
  • Ensure seamless post-production processes
  • Deliver video edits with a reasonably fast turnaround time (10 days or less, on average)
  • Work closely with other editors, producers and designers to ensure deliverables are timely and to the highest standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest editing trends
About You
  • A natural storyteller with a keen eye for detail and pacing
  • Experience working on fast-turnaround projects while maintaining quality
  • Experience editing multicamera productions. Familiarity with working with multiple audio tracks
  • Up-to-date on social media trends, especially YouTube
  • Able to work with revisions and open to feedback
  • Strong awareness of content performance metrics that count and how to create content with them in mind
Requirements
  • Strong experience in IRL video editing, with a portfolio to back it up
  • Knowledge of YouTube and gaming is essential
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software
  • Experienced with project management tools (Monday, Discord, etc)
