Your Mission is to- Video editing of approx. 2 videos a month
- Ensure high-quality long-form IRL edits and adherence to the guidelines
- Ensure seamless post-production processes
- Deliver video edits with a reasonably fast turnaround time (10 days or less, on average)
- Work closely with other editors, producers and designers to ensure deliverables are timely and to the highest standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest editing trends
- A natural storyteller with a keen eye for detail and pacing
- Experience working on fast-turnaround projects while maintaining quality
- Experience editing multicamera productions. Familiarity with working with multiple audio tracks
- Up-to-date on social media trends, especially YouTube
- Able to work with revisions and open to feedback
- Strong awareness of content performance metrics that count and how to create content with them in mind
- Strong experience in IRL video editing, with a portfolio to back it up
- Knowledge of YouTube and gaming is essential
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant software
- Experienced with project management tools (Monday, Discord, etc)
