This role will focus on producing immersive content that inspires gaming communities and strengthens our brand.

  • Produce long-form YouTube videos from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and script video ideas that position us as leaders in IRL gaming content.
  • Help organize and oversee shoots, manage logistics, and coordinate talent.
  • Brief editors to ensure high-quality edits align with our creative vision.
  • Lead communication across creative teams to ensure accurate information exchange.
  • Work with social media to promote videos and engage with the gaming community.
  • Develop sponsored content with brands and integrate it into our videos.
  • Analyse video performance and audience insights to refine strategies.
About You:
  • At least 2 years of experience in content production, preferably YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube trends, pacing, and engagement strategies.
  • Execution-focused, with logical thinking and the ability to turn ideas into structured, high-quality content.
