Delivering Exceptional Client Experience

As a Service Delivery Officer, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality service to clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Frontline Operations group and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers.

In this dynamic role, you will work in a scheduled contact centre environment, interacting with clients over the phone, email, and online portals. Your key responsibilities will include processing account activities received through various channels, using good judgment and applying relevant policies and procedures to inform decision-making.

To succeed in this role, you must be responsive and adaptable to changing client and business needs. You will manage competing priorities to deliver outcomes, working collaboratively with your team to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
