Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a challenging role in the construction industry? We are seeking Casual Concrete Delivery Drivers/Relief Plant Operatives to join our team.

Casual Agitator drivers play a vital role in delivering high-quality products to our clients, providing exceptional customer service and becoming the face of our business. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and being part of a dynamic team.

  • Operate a concrete agitator truck, making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with various people.
  • Use a Front-End Loader (ticket desirable) to load and unload materials efficiently.
  • Based at our Toowoomba Concrete Plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
  • Work hours may vary, but most days will start between 4-6am, with up to 8 hours per day and around 40-50 hours per week.
  • Saturday work is generally available, paid at overtime rates.
  • Monthly travel may be required within the region, with meals and accommodation provided.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of HR license (essential) with previous driving experience (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol test.
