This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate play a key role within the concrete division, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge in all aspects of production and delivery.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Batching and slumping concrete to meet customer specifications with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ensuring products and services consistently meet high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Completing daily pre-starts, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of efficient and effective truck allocation strategies.
  • Taking customer orders in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ordering required materials for the plant, maintaining accurate inventory and minimizing waste.
Requirements and Skills
  • A valid HR licence is desirable.
  • The ability to operate a front-end loader is also desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent verbal and written abilities, are essential.
  • A C class (Car) license, with valid driving experience, is necessary.
  • The ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and managing workload effectively, is crucial.
