Batch Plant Operator

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading supplier of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands to various construction sectors.

As a Batch Plant Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer expectations are met at all stages of our ordering & delivery processes.

You will provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders, batching concrete to customer specifications, and scheduling and allocating deliveries to maximise the efficiency and utilisation of our concrete agitator trucks.

Responsibilities include representing the brand and providing phone-based customer service, taking orders and finalising sales, batching concrete via computerised systems, scheduling rostering and truck movements, and ensuring Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to.

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar position, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence when working with computers, and demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively.

Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
