About the Role

Agitator drivers at our facilities provide high levels of service to clients receiving products, becoming faces of our business.

  • Driving a concrete agitator truck requires skill and attention to detail, navigating through road conditions and working with heavy machinery.
  • You will be based at our Concrete Plant, reporting directly to the Plant Manager, ensuring deliveries are made safely and efficiently.
  • As an Agitator driver, you can expect to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, with potential overtime during peak periods.
  • We utilize cutting-edge technology to keep you safe while driving and help map routes and track loads.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum HR license and previous driving experience. You must also be comfortable interacting with people you haven't met before and adapt to changing situations quickly.

  • You enjoy meeting people and having conversations when onsite.
  • You prefer variety in your working life, no two days are ever the same when driving one of our trucks.
  • You take pride in the appearance of your vehicle, keeping it clean and well-maintained.
