National Business Growth Lead

We are seeking a proactive and experienced professional to lead our national business development efforts. In this pivotal role, you will provide operational leadership and management across all NDIS services, ensuring inclusive outcomes for individuals and families accessing our disability service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage initial assessments, intake, and onboarding of new participants
- Drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Lead and contribute to a market-leading national growth and sales culture
- Develop and implement processes for relationship management and nurturing and converting business opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with funding bodies and stakeholders
- National Police Records Check
- NDIS Worker Screen or willingness to obtain
- Evidence of work rights
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Health Services Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Business Development role within the community disability space
- Adept understanding and knowledge of the NDIS, Disability and Aged Care sectors
