About the Role

We are seeking an IT Service Delivery expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting core ITSM functions within a small team led by the Service Delivery Manager.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to empathize with customers while prioritizing effectively.

They will also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead continuous improvement efforts.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have knowledge of IT Service Management functions, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, CSI, and Quality Assurance practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries and service requests
  • Support continuous improvement across systems and environments
  • Collaborate with internal tech teams to meet operational needs
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships to enable effective issue resolution
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Manage escalations and provide regular updates and performance reporting
What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring a strong customer service focus, excellent problem-solving skills, and knowledge of IT Service Management functions.

You will also need to have the ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently in a professional setting, and assist in conflict resolution.

Familiarity with ITIL V3 or V4 Certification and Service Management tools is also desirable.
