Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Professional to spearhead our team's project initiatives. This role requires an individual who can foster strong relationships with various stakeholders, drive project delivery, and build high-performing teams.
- Provide strategic input into enhancing software development, deployment, scalability, visibility, reliability, resilience, incident management, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, delivery managers, technical leads, and architecture functions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead the development of high-performing teams that work collaboratively with peers, influence change, and drive customer value.
- Manage technology vendor partnerships, including product strategy and road-mapping, release management, upgrades, and ongoing support.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven track record of resilience in the face of adversity or uncertainty.
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in leading and managing technology vendor partners.
