Our Technical Advisory and Capability practice delivers consulting services and Integrated Work Packages across the Department of Defence, leveraging innovative approaches to enable the successful delivery of critical Defence programs.

This includes engagement with key areas across Defence including the Navy, Army, and Air Force.

To support these consulting services and Integrated Work Packages, we continually seek skilled professionals to join our team.

Whether you specialise in export control or ICT service delivery, we want to hear from you.

If successful in securing a role, your work may involve:

- Managing end-to-end service delivery across ICT environments
- Leading and coordinating system installations and infrastructure rollouts
- Ensuring compliance with export control regulations and Defence trade controls
- Overseeing contractor performance, SLAs, and continuous improvement activities
- Supporting the planning and execution of complex service delivery operations

Our work is highly complex and confidential, applicants must be Australian citizens with a minimum NV2 security clearance. Additionally, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may be necessary. In some cases, this may impose restrictions individuals who are dual citizens, permanent residency, or former nationality of specific countries as outlined in ITAR 126.1.
- Strong experience Service Delivery & Operations within Defence, government, or professional services.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., ITIL, ISO standards)
- Proven experience managing large-scale ICT or infrastructure programs
- Strong knowledge of Defence compliance frameworks
- Ability to coordinate cross functional teams and drive high quality service outcomes
