Strategic Operations Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in a key strategic operations role.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to provide high-level support across planning, projects, data analysis and process development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and be able to apply their skills and experience to lead and support a diverse range of strategic and operational activities, projects and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level support across planning, projects, data analysis and process development
  • Lead and support a diverse range of strategic and operational activities, projects and events
  • Assist senior leaders to meet internal and external planning, monitoring, review and communication requirements
Requirements
  • Demonstrated skills in planning, implementation and reporting in complex organisations
  • Experience in project management with the ability to apply project management methodologies
  • A high level of initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong skills in the use of software applications used in document preparation, data analysis and presentations
  • Proven organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
