The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, governance support, or PMO roles, with exposure to executive-level governance, board reporting, or Company Secretary functions. Proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, and project management platforms is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain governance frameworks to ensure sound decision-making.
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives and projects, driving timely delivery and results.
  • Provide support to executive leadership, ensuring priority actions are tracked and managed effectively.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and initiative registers for executive and board review.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the interests of our leadership team.
  • Support audit, compliance, and Company Secretary functions with accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project coordination, governance support, or PMO roles.
  • Knowledge of executive-level governance, board reporting, or Company Secretary functions.
  • Skilled in managing contract reviews and approvals in compliance-focused environments.
  • Highly organized, solutions-focused, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong communication skills, with excellent written and verbal abilities.
  • Proficient in industry-standard tools, such as Excel, Power BI, and project management software.
