
Sales Professional for Service Portfolio

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the entire service offering portfolio in collaboration with local, regional and global sales and product management teams. Building trustworthy and sustainable business relationships is crucial in this role as it directly impacts the customer experience throughout their journey.
- Implementing service sales strategy, penetrating the installed base, promoting various service agreement offerings, upgrades, retrofits and value-added solutions to benefit both the customer and company.
- Utilizing all available tools and resources to understand and analyze the existing and potential installed base, identifying and developing sales opportunities for service products and solutions to achieve volume and margin targets.
- Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying, and exploring potential new service opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Establishing sustainable and trustworthy relationships by understanding customer requirements, applicable country regulations, and demonstrating good product knowledge to promote the service offering portfolio.
In order to excel in this role, you should have:
- A tertiary qualification (degree) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of service sales experience preferably in the power plant and/or marine sectors, or related fields.
- Turbocharging and/or engine services sales experience is an added advantage.
