We have an exciting opportunity for a Internal Account Manager to join our high-performing sales team in Western Australia.
You will provide exceptional customer service by delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for customers within your defined portfolio.
This role is part of a collaborative effort with the Area Sales Manager to determine customer strategy, product offerings, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs.
In addition, you will provide support activities for external account managers, including processing orders and quotes, and other administrative tasks.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through proactive communication and timely issue resolution
- Determining customer strategies, product offerings, pricing, and solutions to meet customer needs
- Supporting external account managers with order processing, quoting, and other administrative tasks
As an Internal Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our sales team and play a vital role in driving business growth and success.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
