Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining long-term business relationships.

  • Manage a portfolio of Wholesale, Key Account, and End-User customers in WA.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with existing clients, distributors, and prospective customers to generate new business for the organisation's products.
  • Achieve key performance indicators and sales targets.
  • Identify potential areas of growth and pursue such opportunities at all times to maximize sales and support continued growth.
  • Identify opportunities for new business with existing accounts to drive extra product lines within the end-user category.
  • Involvement in business reviews and execution of sales plans driving a solid growth agenda.
Requirements
  • Genuine interest and passion for the Food Service industry and ability to be self-motivated with a willingness to continually learn and develop your skills.
  • Proven sales experience within the food service channel dealing with distributors and/or Key Accounts.
  • Strong wholesale B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Organisational and planning skills to ensure effective account management.
  • Results-driven and proactive with a positive can-do attitude.
