Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our centre of excellence for complaint resolution, you'll be responsible for delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants, adhering to RG271 guidelines. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve complex superannuation complaints, and provide meaningful insights to help us improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end complaint handling process for the Trustee office
  • Deliver fair and timely outcomes for complainants
  • Adhere to RG271 guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve complex superannuation complaints
  • Provide meaningful insights to improve our services

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial services dispute resolution
  • Superannuation experience highly desirable
  • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
  • Ability to take ownership of your caseload and apply effective decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
