Dispute Resolution Officer

At Allied Credit, we are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Customer Solutions function. This role is responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair, honest, and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess, investigate, and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate suitable options to resolve disputes
  • Act as a central point for complaints between internal stakeholders, customers, and external parties
  • Keep accurate records of complaints to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Proactively identify systemic issues and contribute to business process improvements
External Dispute Resolution:
  • Manage the end-to-end process of external complaints lodged with AFCA
  • Liaise with AFCA to provide high-quality responses to information requests
  • Analyze AFCA determinations and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of Financial Services and experience working within tight Service Level Agreements
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience in the Finance industry
  • High proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
