Dispute Resolution Specialist

At Allied Credit, we are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Officer to join our Customer Solutions function. This role is responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair, honest, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, investigate, and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate suitable options to resolve disputes
- Act as a central point for complaints between internal stakeholders, customers, and external parties
- Keep accurate records of complaints to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Proactively identify systemic issues and contribute to business process improvements
- Manage the end-to-end process of external complaints lodged with AFCA
- Liaise with AFCA to provide high-quality responses to information requests
- Analyze AFCA determinations and implement corrective actions
- Knowledge of Financial Services and experience working within tight Service Level Agreements
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience in the Finance industry
- High proficiency with Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with other teams
