Insurance Dispute Resolution Advisor

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist at IAG, you will play a crucial role in resolving disputes and complaints from customers in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage disputes and complaints from customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Use your dispute resolution skills to resolve internal and external disputes, ranging from simple to complex.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver a world-class alternative dispute resolution experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines, including the General Insurance Code of Practice and AFCA Rules.
This is a contract role until 30 June 2024, with opportunities to work from home and in the office. We are looking for a professional with strong dispute resolution skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
