Job Description:

Our division provides services through Workers Compensation, Motor Accident Schemes and Life Insurance.

  • Apply your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a physical and/or psychological injury at work
  • Taking a more holistic care approach, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform vocational assessments, counselling and other assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders, including injured employees and employers, medical specialists and allied health professionals
  • Using a patient-centred focus, develop, implement and monitor rehabilitation plans
  • Support injured workers in the Brisbane and Gold Coast area

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA or ASORC
  • Tertiary qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology (Provisional is sufficient) or Occupational Therapy
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate and achieve outcomes
