Job Overview

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in retail lease administration, with a proven track record of leading high-volume leasing matters and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

This is an opportunity to work on a diverse national retail portfolio, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to drive best-practice lease administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration of lease agreements, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Oversee leasing matters, managing negotiations, amendments, variations, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with legal partners to ensure alignment with relevant retail leasing legislation.
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, tenants, and legal providers.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of lease activity, providing timely updates for senior leadership.
Key Requirements
  • Significant lease administration experience within retail.
  • In-depth understanding of relevant retail leasing legislation.
  • Proven ability to interpret, negotiate, and manage complex lease documentation.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • A proactive mindset, strong business acumen, and the confidence to influence at senior levels.
