About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wealth Management Advisor to join our team at William Buck Group. As a key member of our Wealth Advisory division, you will play a pivotal role in managing client portfolios and driving positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client relationships and provide tailored advice to successful business owners, high-level executives, and ultra-high net worth families.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated investment strategies, including portfolio construction and management.
  • Collaborate with the broader William Buck division to deliver impactful client outcomes.
  • Conduct research and develop financial strategies across wealth accumulation, investment, balance sheet restructuring, debt management, estate planning, tax minimization, and asset protection.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Engage in networking and business development activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting, or similar.
  • Passion for mentoring and inspiring a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional client service focus.
  • Strong communication, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xplan.
