Operating under our own license and in collaboration with Directors and Senior Advisors, you will offer sophisticated, customized advice to successful entrepreneurs, high-level executives, and ultra-high-net-worth families.

With a strong commitment to ongoing education, including technical training and development of interpersonal skills, you will have the resources and support to continue advancing your career aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance client relationships Create comprehensive and intricate strategic advice documents Conduct progressive client reviews Formulate financial strategies across various entities Collaborate with the broader William Buck division to achieve meaningful client outcomes Perform investment analysis, portfolio construction, and management Research and devise financial strategies encompassing wealth accumulation, investment tactics, balance sheet restructuring, debt management, estate planning, tax minimization, and asset protection Mentor and cultivate junior team members Participate in networking and business development initiatives

Qualifications:

Degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline Over 5 years of experience in financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting, or a similar field A passion for mentoring and motivating a high-performing team Exceptional focus on client service Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Xplan
