Job Description:
As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers receive a seamless banking experience. You will work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities:
• Provide in-depth consultations with customers to understand their banking needs
• Support customers with account maintenance, credit applications, and other banking services
• Conduct financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify areas for improvement
• Educate customers on in-branch technology and digital banking options
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in financial services or a related field
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate financial terms clearly
• Ability to work in a busy commercial environment and provide holistic solutions
