Key responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Development Bogger Operator to join our team in the exciting development of the new Sub Level Cave operation at E26.

As a key member of our underground mining team, you will play a critical role in safely and efficiently delivering ore to the mill.

  • Champion safety by following established procedures, using proper equipment, and setting the standard for others.
  • Perform a variety of tasks based on priorities set by the Development Shift Supervisor, taking initiative to tackle complex problems and deliver results.
  • Take ownership of health, safety, and security, identifying risks and promoting a proactive safety-first culture across the organization.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar underground mining role.
  • A strong understanding of remote operating principles and practices.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
