Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead one of our Block Cave mining crews at Northparkes. As an Underground Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering safe, timely, and high-quality ore production to the mill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a dedicated team of operators and collaborate with other underground departments
  • Deliver safe and efficient operations in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with other supervisors and management to achieve operational goals
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in block cave mining or a sub-level cave production environment
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing operations
  • Strong understanding of underground production environments including automated/remote loaders, crushers and conveyors
  • A current Underground NSW Mine Supervisor Practising Certificate
  • Minimum 1 year in a Production Supervisor role
  • First Aid, Working at Heights, security clearance and a current Driver's Licence
