**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver early intervention clinical assessments and therapeutic support to young people (12–25) with mild to moderate mental health concerns and their families.
- Provide evidence-based interventions, facilitate referrals to internal and external services, maintain accurate clinical records, and support intake, group programs, and community engagement activities.
**Requirements:
- An approved tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year's experience in a health-related discipline, registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of individual client work including screening, assessment, targeted goal, and outcome-focused interventions to young people and their families.
- Experience working with young people within a multi-disciplinary mental health or youth service setting and a demonstrated understanding of mental health issues impacting young people, best practice treatment options, support services and co-morbidities.
