  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized travel experiences that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve services to enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex travel scenarios and client requests.
  • Basic knowledge of travel industry software and systems (training provided).
  • 20 years old and above.
