About the role
Destination NSW influences and shapes the visitor economy through strategic research, policy and thought
leadership, stakeholder engagement and consultation, commercial partnerships and investment in visitor
experiences, business support, marketing and events.
The Destination NSW division collaborates with industry stakeholders, local communities, and domestic and international partners to promote unforgettable experiences across NSW—from iconic city landmarks and world-class festivals to hidden regional gems. Through innovative marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, and event support, Destination NSW plays a critical role in boosting visitor numbers, enhancing the state's global profile, and delivering long-term benefits for the visitor economy.
About You
As the Manager of Business Operations, you will be responsible for the provision of high-level business, operational and financial management support including leading and managing the consumer marketing budgeting process and contributing to the consumer marketing strategy.
You will provide expert advice, information and guidance to a range of key stakeholders to support the delivery of marketing programs. Including advising the Consumer Marketing Leadership team on areas for improvement, using project management tools to enhance program delivery.

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent relevant professional experience
