Event and Partnership Manager - AUS

Job Description:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develops event and partnership strategies for the company.
    • Plans and executes high-quality activations, including samplings, trade shows, and events.
    • Supports distribution partners with branded assets for trade and hospitality events.
    • Oversees logistics such as vendor coordination, venue selection, budgeting, and on-site execution.
    • Leads event marketing, registration, sponsorship, and audience engagement.
    • Measures and reports on event and partnership effectiveness for continuous improvement.
    • Activates brand ambassadors and athletes in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
    • Identifies, negotiates, and manages brand partnerships and sponsorships.
    • Collaborates across departments on partnership campaigns.
    • Builds and maintains industry relationships, staying on top of trends and new opportunities.
    • Manages relationships with activation and sampling agencies to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and partnership management preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of the beverage industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, vendor/contract management.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and event promotion.
  • Established network in the events/beverage industry.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license.
