Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Oversee consistent delivery of high-quality service across all company-owned service facilities in conjunction with the regional manager.
  • Dealer Network Support: Evaluate and support Toro Australia's dealer network service delivery standards.
  • Operational Management: Manage and develop Service operating systems, safety procedures, and product maintenance documentation.
  • Warranty Process: Roll out correct warranty process in line with direction from warranty teams and company policy.
  • Documentation: Ensure all documentation is maintained current, including job cards, invoicing, product history files, and OH&S documentation.
  • National Supplier Agreements: Coordinate national supplier agreements for service-related consumable items and maintenance requirements.
  • Service Standards: Benchmark service standards for all levels of service response, including Field Service teams, workshop repairs, advisors, and managers.
  • Information Distribution: Establish and maintain relevant processes to distribute and maintain service-related information.
  • Financial Planning: Oversee service-related financial planning and cost management in conjunction with the service manager.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in maintaining and repairing a range of turf equipment, recycling machinery, or construction equipment.
  • Industry Background: Background in the turf industry, turf technician roles, or a similar field.
  • Developing SOPs: Experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in computer operations and keyboarding.
  • Solid Understanding: Solid understanding of service standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Driver's License: Valid Australian driver's license.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel interstate and potentially internationally.
