We are seeking a Senior Laboratory Solutions Service Delivery Manager to lead our service delivery team throughout Australia and New Zealand. This role is accountable for customer satisfaction, operational, and financial performance.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality customer service, technical support, installation, maintenance, and training for our laboratory equipment and solutions. You will manage the performance of the service team throughout ANZ, focusing on safety, wellbeing, process compliance, and service excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective resource planning, training, collaboration, and utilisation strategies throughout ANZ.
  • Ensure effective management of customer satisfaction, operational, and financial targets for each service team throughout ANZ.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a service management role, preferably within the laboratory, scientific equipment, or healthcare sector. You will also need strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and life insurance, paid annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
