We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our North Sydney store, overseeing the day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
Job Description:
The successful candidate will have 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, with a passion for executing operations efficiently and effectively. They will be responsible for managing key performance indicators, supervising team members, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
- Manage all expected key performance indicators, including financial and rostering
- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Diligently maintain high standards of food quality and safety
Requirements:
- Highly motivated natural leader with hands-on approach
- Passion for food and restaurant operations
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Able to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced Restaurant Management: 2+ years minimum (Preferred)
