As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Zeus Street Greek, you'll play a vital role in the success of our fast-paced and dynamic team.
About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated leader who can oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing key performance indicators such as financials and rostering, as well as supervising and coaching our team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and high-quality food standards.
- Manage financials, including budgeting and forecasting, to drive business growth.
- Supervise and coach team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
We're looking for someone with 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. As a natural leader, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with your team, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
