Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Zeus Street Greek in North Sydney. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for supervising store operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Job Responsibilities:- Supervise Store Operations: You will oversee the opening and closing shifts, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Lead and Coach Team Members: As a natural leader, you will motivate and support your team to achieve their full potential and deliver exceptional service standards.
- Maintain Food Quality and Safety Standards: You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that our food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, while maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of 1 year of team leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Passion for Food and Restaurant Operations: A genuine passion for food, customer service, and restaurant operations is essential for this role.
- Positive Attitude and Work Ethic: You must possess a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure.
