Job Title: Restaurant Operations ManagerWe're seeking a highly motivated natural leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our North Sydney store. As Restaurant Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all key performance indicators, including financial and rostering.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer experience
- Ensure delivery of high-quality food and safety standards
- Manage store operations to achieve set targets
- Highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills
- Passion for food and restaurant operations
- Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant management
