Lead Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Culinary Expert to elevate our kitchen operations and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of culinary excellence, with the ability to develop and execute innovative seasonal menus that meet customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Develop and implement creative menu concepts that align with customer tastes.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to maintain cost control and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to foster a positive work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to plan special events and promotions.
  • Monitor customer feedback and continuously improve the culinary experience.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Lead Culinary Expert or Executive Chef in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Creative culinary talent with a passion for developing innovative dishes.
  • Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, including inventory management and scheduling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Formal culinary training or certifications are preferred.
