Food Operations Manager

The ideal candidate is expected to possess a genuine passion for food and strong leadership skills to effectively guide the kitchen team.
As a key member, you will collaborate with the Executive Chef to create exceptional culinary experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities- Supervise kitchen staff and maintain consistent portion control to minimize waste.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef on catering operations, promotions, and trends.
- Ensure accurate delivery and high quality, and refresh menu items during peak operating hours.
- Assist in the training of staff, including apprentices and trainees, and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant trade qualifications and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding and commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Punctuality, reliability, dependability, and self-motivation are essential qualities.
