About The Role
This diverse role as a Legal Receptionist entails a wide range of responsibilities, ensuring active engagement with clients and colleagues across all levels within the firm. Key duties include:
• Serving as the first point of contact for meeting and greeting clients upon arrival
• Managing phone calls, answering and directing inquiries, and taking messages
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area
• Coordinating meeting rooms and appointments
• Assisting with catering, tea/coffee services, and ensuring continuous supply replenishment
• Handling mail management
• Providing administrative support as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a positive 'can-do' attitude, and intermediate MS Office proficiency.
