We are seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist to join our Reception team in a key support role that plays a vital part in delivering polished and professional client and in-house reception services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform front-of-house duties to a high standard, reflecting best practice, including greeting clients with a warm and professional disposition.
  • Liaise with the catering, technology, and legal support teams to ensure seamless room booking system and client floor operations.
  • Answer phone calls and manage the reception mailbox efficiently.
  • Support travel tasks, including monitoring the travel inbox for collecting day-to-day travel arrangements, facilitating domestic and international travel as needed.
Requirements and Attributes
  • Prior corporate service experience is highly valued, though not essential; full training will be provided for successful applicants.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring warmth and strength to the role, ensuring all interactions with reception are positive experiences.
  • Confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
What We Offer
  • A competitive estimated salary range of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • Flexible working arrangements as standard, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.
  • Bonus leave: an additional week of leave each year (5 weeks annual leave in total).
