- Liaise with the catering, technology, and legal support teams to ensure seamless room booking system and client floor operations.
- Answer phone calls and manage the reception mailbox efficiently.
- Support travel tasks, including monitoring the travel inbox for collecting day-to-day travel arrangements, facilitating domestic and international travel as needed.
- Prior corporate service experience is highly valued, though not essential; full training will be provided for successful applicants.
- Demonstrated ability to bring warmth and strength to the role, ensuring all interactions with reception are positive experiences.
- Confidence, professionalism, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service skills, including immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire at all times.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage conflict and conflicting priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and in-house reception databases.
- A competitive estimated salary range of AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- Flexible working arrangements as standard, allowing you to balance work and life effectively.
- Bonus leave: an additional week of leave each year (5 weeks annual leave in total).
- Generous parental leave entitlements – up to 26 weeks paid leave and pay superannuation on both paid and unpaid leave (up to 12 months).
