Due to growth, this innovative and welcoming firm are looking for a corporate Receptionist to join their ever expanding team
Based in Malaga you will be working within a friendly and supportive team. This role will see you reporting to the General Manager as you will be responsible for the overall management of the Reception area.
**The Role**:
We are looking for a superstar Front of House Receptionist and Office Co-Ordinator(s) to join us and work alongside our high performing and passionate team.
You’ll be an all-rounder who loves to get stuck in and support the day to day running of our firm. Being the first point of contact for staff and external clients, you’ll take pride in providing excellent customer service, be highly organised and have a ‘happy to help’ approach to your day.
You’ll be responsible to support the business with setting meetings, tidying away and keeping our kitchen well stocked.
The key responsibilities day to day will include:
- Be the first point of contact for reception and responsible for receiving and directing incoming calls
- Manage and carry out collection and distribution of stationery, mail and other office documents
- Supporting the office support team with facilities management
- Assisting other staff with administration duties as requested
- Work collaboratively and demonstrate a proactive approach and commitment to the firm
To be successful you will have:
- Initiative, a 'can do attitude' with the ability to multi-task under pressure
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of your day
- Excellent written and communication skills
